Dear Ross

You are the more grown-up guy, with a good career, married, and stable life. Managing to live without a roommate. The unpopular nerd who suddenly start dating the high school queen.

Personally, I can relate more to ross than anyone, a hopeless romantic guy. Always had a complicated romantic history. Ross also is known as the divorced guy, you are an ideal lover who will wait so long for the other to understand your love. you set the bar high for being a lover, you waited so long for Rachel to know your feelings. Giving an expensive gift to someone you had feelings is an indirect way of expressing your feelings. You always believe in as true love even without knowing what other people's feelings completely.

The more I know you, the more complicated I feel about being in love. I always thought being in love and relationships is a smooth ride but rather it's a lot more than just a rough ride. The insecurities and jealousy you showed for Rachel is actually your inside fear that she might leave you alone. You are a caring and generous guy. You always repressed your feelings for Rachel because you believe she will never like you back.  Always dream to be in true love with a big heart.

Actually, you don't like to be imperfect. That's why your failed marriage is making you worry more. You don't accept yourself to be in another failure that leads to not express your true feelings to Rachel after the breakup.

Eventually, you learned that imperfections things and end being again with Rachel.
